1. In the tabulated tabs at the top: Support -> Support Overview.
2. This opens the Support Center page. Select NetSuite Account Center.
3. On the right side of the screen select See Support Cases
4. Adjust Results filter.
This will open a report showing the cases logged with NetSuite. You may need to adjust the Results Filter based on the ‘Stage’ of the case. By default it usually uses Stage = Not Closed.
If you change it to ‘All’ you’ll be able to see those that have been closed.
5. Create a new support ticket by clicking the New Case button at the top of the screen.
