The Error: This Script Error (shown below) occurs after logging in to GP. The Script Error reappears immediately after clicking "Yes" or "No" and freezes up GP.

Cause: Microsoft made a change recently to the information that displays in the Connect window in GP. GP is having trouble communicating with Microsoft’s website that displays in the Connect window, and this is causing the Script Error.
Solution: To fix the Script Error, each user must disable the Connect window.
- In GP, click "No" to close the error message. You will need to click “No” several times until the message stops appearing.
- Then, click on the "Customize this page" option on the top right of the GP Homepage. From there, uncheck the check-box marked for "Connect" (shown below) and hit the ok button. If you have the older window layout, first select “Default” instead of “Business Central Insights” and then uncheck the check-box marked for "Connect" (second screenshot shown below).
