Which system are you having issues with?
Office 365
Passwords for Microsoft accounts must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- At least 14 characters long
- Contain at least one upper case letter
- Contain at least one lower case letter
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one special character, such as !@#$%^&*()<>?":;'{}|\~.
If you know your password and just want to change it:
- Go to https://office.com/signin
- Then, go to Settings > Password
If you don't remember your password or are locked out:
- Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- Follow the prompts in the wizard (It will use your personal email or a phone number as a secondary authentication method to verify you)
EN Online
EN Employees: EN Online uses the same authentication as Office 365 (see instructions listed above). Once your password is reset, please wait 5 minutes before attempting to login to EN Online again to allow your new password to synchronize between our systems.
Partners: You will need to contact the IT Helpdesk to reset your password for you.
RMS
Store Associates: Your store manager has access to change your RMS password for you.
Store Mangers: Contact the IT Helpdesk to have it changed for you.
ADP
ADP is a separate system with its own authentication since it is tied to your personal account and not your EN account. You can reset your ADP password here: https://netsecure.adp.com/ilink/pub/smsess/v3/forgot/theme.jsp.
