A website is blocked on my computer. How do I request access to it?

Bitdefender is our anti-virus and web-filtering tool installed on all EN computers. It automatically blocks certain categories of websites. If the website you are trying to access is work-related, simply submit a help ticket with the relevant web address (URL) and we'll whitelist it.
