The Verizon Jetpack is a mobile hotspot that can be used to provide devices access to the internet through a Wifi connection.

Connect to Network
- Power on the Jetpack (if necessary press the Select Button to navigate get through the device's Tutorial)
- Select Wifi Name/Password to display the network information.
- On the device you are trying to connect to the network, open the Wifi applications/controls on the computer and find the Wi-Fi Name (SSID). If you do not know where to enter this information into a store computer, please see the Windows documentation here.
- Select the Wi-Fi name displayed in Step 2, and enter the password listed on the Jetpack's display.
- You should now be connected to the internet.

Updating the Device
- On the Home screen, navigate to the Software Update icon and press the select button to display the current Software Version and last check for an update. Press the select button to move to the Software Update page.
- When asked to 'Check for an update now?' select 'Yes'. If an update is available, choose to download and install the update.
- Press/hold the select button to return to the Home screen when the update process completes.
