I click the icon for Store Operations Manager, but nothing happens. What do I do?

Sometimes the Store Operations Manager process running the background gets hung up and you need to kill the process and start it again. Here's how you do it:

• Right click on the taskbar and select Task Manager
• Find the SOManager.exe process in the list and click it.
• Click the End Process button on the bottom right part of the window

Start the Store Operations Manager again and it should launch normally.
