About the Help Center
The Zendesk Help Center is your starting point for IT help and support. It contains help articles to promote self-help, provides a method of submitting tickets to us, and gives you a way of viewing the tickets you have submitted.

Navigation
The screenshot below is a sample of the parts of the Help Center. Numbered below are the different links and menu’s with their functions briefly described:
- Header Menu – this menu has links to Submit a Ticket and/or to Sign in to Zendesk with your Eastern National login information. The third option in this menu is to switch the site language from English to Spanish.
- Search – this tool will look up any Articles that may provide instructions or information relevant to whatever issue you may be experiencing.
- Category Links – These links will bring you to the Categories of Articles within the site and allows you to browse articles for quick and easy reference.
- Submit a request button – This button is the same as the link in the header menu and will bring the user to the ‘Submit a request’ webpage.
- Chat Bot – This tool can be used to find relevant articles or information regarding issues you may be experiencing, or to get in contact with an agent for Live Chat Support.
Viewing Tickets
Once you click on the "Sign In" link in the top menu and sign in, that link will change to your name. You can click your name to see three menu options:
- My activities - Shows your requests/tickets that you own or are CC'd on, any comments you made on Help Center articles and people you may be following.
- My profile - Gives a summary of Zendesk activity in tickets or articles
- Sign out - Signs you out
