If your receipt printer stopped working try the following:
- Check that all 3 cables (power, USB, cash drawer) are still plugged in on the back of the printer and that the green light is on
- If the light is on, try re-seating the paper in the printer. When re-seating the paper check that there is no dust or debris interfering with the roll of receipt paper.
- If you are still unable to print receipts after checking its wired connections and roll of paper, please submit a ticket for further support.
